23rd Simballay Festival

         Simballay Festival is a week long activity and one of the most awaited celebration in Nabunturan, ComVal Province. It is celebrated during the second week or third week of the month of december. Simballay symbolizes unity, togetherness and progress. It also serves as a thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest and a celebration to honor the indigenous people of the said municipality.

          Nabunturanons showcase their  best products and crops in their respective booths to impress the tourists. Simballay booth is a competition participated by every baranggay Nabunturan.

          All of the booths are creative in terms of the designs and the materials being used. And each baranggay successfully present their crops and their amazing artworks.
