Pre-Immersion Orientation and Sending Off Ceremony


      The orientation was good. We learned a lot from the speaker, the Human Resource officer and PESO head of the municipality of Nabunturan. The speaker clearly state the advantage and importance of immersion program. She precisely express the objective, goal and reason why government conducted this program. Because of the pre-immersion Orientation there were doubts and questions on my mind that were answered and cleared. The pre-immersion orientation really helped us before having the immersion proper. It made us realize how important immersion is and it bring us to the field of work that we want. For me, this program is really good because after the immersion I can really decide whether I pursue the profession or not.

      I consider the send-off ceremony as one of the most memorable ceremony in my life because it symbolizes many things. I honestly felt bad at the beginning because my parents weren't there to witness the send-off ceremony. But the ceremony was both meaningful and fun. Send-off ceremony is like a moving up ceremony but it is more on welcoming us into the field of work, welcoming us into the more mature stage of our lives.
